THRIVE FACTOR PROFILING & COACHING

Prior to starting Jackadder Business Consulting, I worked in IT for over 25 years. During this time, I was known as “The Translator” for my ability to explain technical issues to the business people in terms they could understand, and also explain business needs to the technical staff in a way that would see them build a technology outcome that actually served the needs of the business. It was all about making things work better for everyone.

When I set up my business, it was to help small business Improve their processes to make their businesses more efficient. I very quickly realised that they need the most help with their financial processes. So that was where I focused my attention.

I have been helping businesses manage their finances for over 10 years now. I help them understand what needs to be done, simplify their processes, and ensure their government compliance tasks are completed.

When I discovered Profit First, I could see that this was a methodology that would help me help my clients, in a consistent and logical way. I became a Certified Profit First Consultant so I could do this. I love reading the stories that exist in the numbers of a business and marrying them up to the hopes and dreams of my clients. Then I give them a simple strategy to move them towards the goals and achieve their dreams.

I have now added Thrive Factor Archetype Profiling to my collection of valuable support tools. When I meet with the inspiring women I get to support and cheer, one of my favourite things is being able to introduce them to their Thrive Factor Archetypes.

This helps my clients understand themselves and why they make the decisions they make. It’s another way of explaining what’s happening in their business, so they can make the changes needed to have a profitable business that supports their goals.

Knowing your Thrive Factor Archetypes provides profound insights into your money personality and behaviour. Understanding the strengths you have in regards to your relationship with money is the first step when it comes to making positive change.

The Thrive Factor Framework TM was created by Shannon Dunn around 2010. It is specifically for women and has a strong focus on women in leadership and business, making it the perfect accompaniment to support you in your business, on its own or alongside your Profit First experience.

I loved learning about my own Thrive Factor Archetypes and have adored the many years I have dedicated to this from the time I read Shannon’s first book, to profiling with her when I did one of her business and marketing programs, right through to becoming a Certified Thrive Factor Archetype profiler in 2019.

As I have developed my business, I have also developed my understanding of myself with my Thrive Factor Archetype profile. I have four core Archetypes and this is how they help me. There are 12 in total in the Thrive Factor Framework TM.

#VisionaryCreator – She is the sunshine in my life. She is creative and is always on the lookout for a new art or craft outlet for her creativity. But in my business life, she is my big picture Strategist – she can see the future possibilities and how to get there.

#MediatorDiplomat – She is the one who grounds me. Is whatever we are thinking of doing fair and reasonable for all concerned? She is also the one who can listen to your story and then speak it back to you in a way that gives you clarity and understanding.

#MentorTeacher – She is an endless learner. Whatever it is, she will learn what is needed to be learned. And she is a great teacher, so you will learn as well.

#InspirerBeliever – She the passionate one who gets excited about everything that could be achieved and she will get you inspired and believing that you can achieve it too.

Working together, they can create magic for you and your business.

So what is working with me like?

Well, first up, you’ll meet my #MediatorDiplomat. She will unburden you of the story of your business, even the stories you didn’t know you had. She will understand you, your hopes and dreams and goals, and what is causing you pain.

Then she works together with the #VisionaryCreator, who will create a strategy to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

Then the #MentorTeacher will step in, learning anything that needs to be learned in order to achieve your goal. Then, she will teach you what you need to do, while the #MediatorDiplomat makes sure everything is keeping on track and is explained to you in a way you easily understand.
